I live outside Canada, How will my credit card be charged?
All of our products are priced in Canadian dollars. The invoice you recieve via e-mail is in Canadian dollars. If your credit card is not a Canadian credit card, it will be charged in Canadian funds, and then the exchange rate will be applied to your credit card statement through your financial institution.

Where can I find the exchange rate for the Canadian Prices?
http://www.xe.com has the current exchange rates for most countries.

If I reside outside Canada, do I have to pay taxes?
No you do not pay taxes.

If I reside in Canada, but outside British Columbia do I pay taxes?
Yes you must pay G.S.T., but you do not have to pay the provincial sales tax.

If the item I order does not fit, can I return it?
All orders are custom sewn according to the exact measurements you submit, so we will not redo an item if you have entered the wrong measurements for a custom coat. For this reason, please double check that you have entered the correct measurements. If the item was sewn incorrectly, we will gladly redo the item. If it is a stock item we will gladly exchange your item for the correct size. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We are reasonable, so if you do have problems please feel free to call and we will do our best to make you happy. 1-250-923-1400.

What type of shipping can I use?
We use Canada Post for all our shipping, except for wholesale customers. The shipping time varies according to destination. If your product is required in a rush, let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.
